How to dry apple in a dehydrator?

1. Wash the apple and scrape off the skin
2. Cut the lemon into pieces and soak it in a pot of water (or squeeze some lemon juice in the water)
3. Cut the apple into pieces, soak the apple pieces in lemon water to prevent oxidation and discoloration on the surface of the apple (the apple pieces can be cut into larger pieces)
4. Put the apple blocks in the dryer at 40°C for 3 hours (or dry naturally in a ventilated place for 12 hours)
5. After the surface of the apple is sealed dry, put it in the steamer to steam for 10 minutes, and the steamed apples continue to dry, and so on twice
6. Store in bags.
