1. Material selection and cutting: Select mature figs, remove rotten fruit, residual fruit and other impurities. After rinsing with clean water, you can choose to cut into flakes or blocks for drying, which can increase the quality of the material and drying medium. Contact surface, shorten drying time and reduce energy consumption.
2. Paving and drying: When drying, the cut figs should be evenly spread in the sieve tray to avoid extrusion and blocking. Push the evenly placed figs into the dryer, and start to set the drying process. First, turn on the power of the main unit. After the display of the main unit is turned on, touch the screen to start the setting of drying parameters. This is an important step in fig drying. The quality of the dried figs is entirely determined by this step.
Three, drying
（1） The drying temperature is set to 55 degrees, the time is set to one hour, the moisture removal does not start, and the focus is on raising the temperature. （2）The drying temperature is set to 60 degrees, the time is set to eight hours, the moisture removal is turned on, and the humidity is controlled. （3）The drying temperature is set to 65 degrees, the time is set to eight hours, and the moisture removal can be continuously increased, which can be controlled in combination with the time. （4） The drying temperature is set to 68 degrees, the time is set to one hour, the relative humidity at this time is controlled within 20%, and it can be automatically stopped after completion.
After drying, check the dryness of the dried figs, usually maintaining a moisture content of 15-20% is fine. During the whole drying process of figs, it is necessary to observe from time to time. According to the real-time drying situation, the set drying time and temperature can be adjusted and changed at any time to ensure better quality dried figs.
3. Softening and packaging
The dried figs are stacked on the plastic film, covered with plastic film, softened for 2-3 days, and then packaged into dried figs.
