2. The moisture content of fresh hawthorn slices is about 80%, and the target moisture content of drying is about 13%.
The heat pump dryer sets the intelligent temperature of the drying equipment to a range of about 55 degrees Celsius, so that the free water contained in the hawthorn slices evaporates in large quantities. Wind, which causes the evaporated water to be discharged through the condensate pipeline system;
3. The drying process of hawthorn slices is relatively simple. Hawthorn slices have a higher temperature tolerance and greater heat absorption. The temperature can be raised to 60 degrees from the first stage, which takes 2-3 hours to complete, and then rise to 65 degrees for dehumidification. , Hawthorn has more water, generally the running time of the drain pipe will be about 16 hours, and then the consolidation stage of the tail section is carried out, which generally takes 2 hours;
