How to dry lemon in a dehydrator?

1. First, clean the lemons that need to be dried after picking to remove pesticide residues or wax.
2. Slice the lemons into lemon slices of uniform thickness. The thickness of the lemon slices should not be too different, and the lemon seeds should be removed at the same time.
3. According to its own drying requirements, the sliced lemon slices can be soaked in syrup for a period of time. When the lemon slices are soaked in the syrup, the moisture of the lemon slices will flow back to the high-density water because the low-density water will flow back to the high-density water. It flows to the syrup and loses a part of the water; because the lemon slices are soaked in the syrup, the lemon slices do not need to be dried too much; on the one hand, drying time is saved.
4. Put the soaked lemon slices on the tray, pay attention to placing them evenly, do not stack them, put them into the cart, and push them into the drying room.
5. Set the drying parameters, divided into three sections, a total of 6 hours:
Temperature 65℃, hysteresis 3℃, humidity 5%RH, time 3 hours;
Temperature 55℃, hysteresis 3℃, humidity 5%RH, time 2 hours;
The temperature is 50℃, the return difference is 5℃, the humidity is 15%RH, and the time is 1 hour.
