How to dry Mango in a dehydrator?

1.Peeling and coring machine:peel the skin and cut mango in half to core.
2.Slicing machine:cut mango into slices.
3.Blanching machine and sugar soaking processing:Add sugar to water and bring to a boil over high heat. After cooling, put the mango in and soak for 5 hours.
4.Dryer machine:
Place on trays of Baixin heat pump tray dryer- Dry at 40℃-75℃for 12-18 hrs.
The drying time will be different according to different mango thickness,more thinner,the drying time will be shorter.
