The pulp of citrus is also an important raw material for light industry. How to dry orange in a dehydrator?

Directions:
1. Selection and acceptance of raw materials → peeling of fresh fruit → drying of orange peel until the peel is soft → peeling and shaping → constant temperature drying → storage and aging
2. Selection and acceptance of raw materials: The selection of authentic raw materials requires no disease spots, no pests and diseases, glossy and high quality;
3. Fresh fruit peeling: Use a sharp knife to divide the fresh fruit vertically into two cuts (without hurting the pulp) to form 3 equal parts, then peel off the pulp and leave the skin;
4. Bake until the orange peel is soft: place the orange peel in the orange peel drying cabinet, separate it by layers with a homemade square grid, and dry it at low temperature for 1 hour to make the pulp soft;
5. Peel inversion and shaping: Take out the peel on the tray from the orange peel drying box, and turn the peel upside down (pay attention to the inversion process, do not break the peel, keep the peel intact, and ensure the yield);
6. Constant temperature drying: place the peeled peel evenly on the tray, put the tray into the orange peel dryer, set the drying temperature to 45°C, dry at a constant temperature for 7 hours, and take samples Weigh. The quality of orange peel is close to 25% of the quality of fresh peel, and the water content of orange peel is about 15%. During the drying process, attention should be paid to make the orange peel evenly heated. Generally, the trays are replaced every 2 hours.
