In particular, the vitamin C contained in it is 7-10 times higher than that of apples and grapes. How to dry strawberry in a dehydrator?

1. Raw material selection
Choose strawberries with large grain size, uniformity, bright color, no damage and scars, no pests and diseases, rich aroma, sweet and sour taste as raw materials
2. Cleaning
Carefully wash and de-slime the strawberries with water
3. Slicing
After washing the strawberries, cut them into thin slices of about 4mm with a knife
4. Drying
The first stage: set the drying temperature at 50°C, bake for 4 hours, and turn once every 2 hours
The second stage: set the temperature at 60 °C, bake for 6-8 hours, and need to turn it every 2-3 hours until the water content reaches 20%; drying and softening: set the temperature to 30 °C-35 °C, warm for 12 After about an hour, wait until the water content of strawberries reaches 14%.
