1. Preheat drying stage. The distiller's grains material enters the dryer. Under the action of the dispersing device and the lifting plate, the distiller's grains material is fully contacted with the high-temperature material, which not only increases the contact area between the material and the high-temperature hot air, but also reduces the drying time of the equipment. At this time, the moisture on the surface of the material continues to decrease, the temperature gradually increases, and the moisture on the surface of the material reaches the level of vaporization. In the preheating and drying stage, the time is very short, the water evaporates less, and the surface temperature of the material rises to the extent that the water can be evaporated.
2. Isospeed drying stage. In the isokinetic drying stage, the drying rate of the material remains basically unchanged. At this time, after the water on the surface of the material evaporates, the water content inside the material is relatively large, and the internal water gradually transfers to the outside and diffuses to the surface of the material again. At this time, the migration rate of moisture inside the material to the surface can adapt to the vaporization rate of moisture on the surface of the material, so that the surface of the material is always kept wet, and the drying rate and moisture evaporation rate at this time are in a constant velocity state.
3. Slow down drying stage. As the internal moisture content of the material gradually decreases, the transfer rate of the internal moisture to the surface of the material is lower than the vaporization rate of the moisture on the surface of the material. At this time, the amount of moisture vaporization per unit time decreases, and the drying rate decreases with the decrease of the moisture content. The surface temperature gradually starts to rise. In the slow-down drying stage, with the operation of the vinasse dryer, the moisture inside the material becomes less and less, and the drying rate decreases faster and faster. As the surface temperature of the material increases, the drying process enters the critical moisture content stage.
4, the critical moisture stage. After the moisture content of the material reaches the critical moisture content, the drying of the material is basically completed, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port of the vinasse dryer, thus completing the entire drying process.
