1. Selected raw materials: choose yam roots with round shape, smooth surface, no pests and diseases, and no frostbite as dried raw materials.
2. Cleaning: Soak the yam in the pool for 10-15 minutes, brush away impurities such as surface adhesion, and rinse with water 2-3 times.
3. Shave the skin and cut into pieces: Gently shave off the skin of the yam and cut it into pieces.
4. Drying:
(1) The first stage: spread the yam on the tray without overlapping each other, the temperature is controlled at 45 ℃, the time is about 7-8 hours
(2) The second stage: Open all the air inlets to fully remove the hot and humid exhaust gas
(3) The third stage: After the surface of the yam is dry during the drying period, turn off 1/3 of the air inlet, pay attention to the change of water vapor on the surface of the yam, and dehumidify at any time
(4) The fourth stage: When the yam is close to drying, close 2/3 of the air inlet, open the return door at this time, let the part of the waste hot air with not too high temperature be heated by the heater and sent to the drying room for use. The yam has basically been used. forming
