1. Select: Select a carrot with a smooth surface, small flaws, and positive color, and put it aside.
2. Wash and peel: Put the selected carrots into clean water to wash, wash off the sediment and surface soil, and then remove the epidermis.
3. Slicing: Cut the peeled carrots into 7-8mm thin slices, then soak them in water for a few minutes.
4. Drying: Put the cut carrots into the dryer to dry, and control the moisture content below 13%.
