How to dry Okara in a dehydrator?

Directions:
1. Okara dryer is used for drying. First adjust the temperature to 75-90 ℃, turn on the fresh air system, so that the okra does not turn black, and bake for 15-20 hours.
2. Adjust the temperature of the heat pump drying dehumidifier to 60°C, turn on the fresh air system at the same time, and continue to bake for 24 hours. After cooling for a while, pack.
3. For precious items such as okara, the finished products baked by the heat pump okra dryer have achieved very ideal results in terms of color and nutritional value. By drying the okra dryer to the medium temperature section through the heat pump, the original nutrients of the item can be preserved. After baking, the green ingredients can still be seen on the skin of the okara to achieve a beautiful color.
